Senior UX Writer · AI Developer
For more than a decade, I’ve helped product and design teams in gaming, tech, and entertainment turn complex ideas into clear, actionable experiences. My writing helps teams articulate their vision, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into interfaces that ship and scale. From early concept and research to design systems and final UI, I work across the entire product lifecycle to help companies communicate better products, reach their goals, and grow their business. I specialize in:
Product copy and language systems for large-scale platforms with complex stakeholder environments.
I turn complex product decisions into clear, consistent experiences that help teams ship with confidence. My work brings structure to product voice, interface language, and system-level communication so users understand what a product does and how it works.
As a Lead UX Writer, I managed product copy across an organization with more than 100 designers and cross-functional stakeholders, partnering with research, marketing, monetization, legal, partnerships, platform engineering, and customer experience. Through structured language systems and close collaboration, I helped teams articulate product intent, align decision-makers, and deliver cohesive user experiences at scale.
Interaction design and product development from concept through shipped experience.
I design user flows, interfaces, and product experiences that translate strategy into intuitive, usable systems. My work balances user needs with business goals—turning complex ideas into products that teams can confidently ship and scale.
Beyond collaborative product work, I also design and ship independent tools when existing solutions fall short, taking products from concept and interaction design through development and launch.
Designing product ecosystems that connect users, platform capabilities, and monetization models.
I design product systems that connect features, user roles, and platform capabilities into cohesive experiences. My work focuses on structuring how different users move through a product and how monetization, platform APIs, and real-time interactions integrate into a unified system.
This includes designing in-app experiences, extension interfaces, onboarding and settings flows, and the design systems that support them. By defining patterns, components, and interaction models early, I help teams build products that remain consistent, scalable, and easier to evolve as the platform grows.
Foundational UI frameworks and language standards used across multi-team product organizations.
I build design systems that enable large product teams to move faster while maintaining consistency. My work focuses on defining reusable components, interaction patterns, and language standards that reduce design friction and support scalable product development.
As part of an early design systems initiative within a large platform organization, I helped establish foundational UI components, documentation, and copy standards used across dozens of product teams.
Cross-disciplinary tools used across product design, interactive media, and real-time development.
My background in game development and product design has given me a broad technical toolkit across design, prototyping, and production environments. I’m comfortable adapting to new tools and workflows quickly, and I focus less on specific software and more on the systems and collaboration practices that help teams ship better products.
A few projects I can publicly share. Most of my work lives inside products, behind teams, and under NDA, so portfolios are rarely a complete picture.

Gamified fitness for Twitch streamers
BitBuff is a revolutionary Twitch extension that turns “I should do something” into doing what your viewers want to see. Viewers queue "training" activities for free or with paid Bits, then you do them on stream to gain experience and stats toward specialized jobs. You tap into endless entertainment possibilities, viewers get to be part of the show, and everyone has a reason to keep coming back. Over 1,000 extension activations in the first week after release. Available for free on the Twitch Extension store.
A chatterbox, not a chatbot
GoetiaAI gives streamers an AI cohost that actually shows up. Fully customize a personality, voice, and presence that you and your viewers can talk to in real time. You get a companion that reacts to chat, remembers context, and works with your favorite TTS and even VTuber setups so your channel feels more alive. Over 4,000 people preregistered for the beta. I designed the product experience, built the application's design system (dark/light themes, components, copy), and drove it from idea to live product.

Shared design language and copy standards for Twitch products.
Core UI is Twitch’s design system: a shared set of design tokens, React components, and a Figma library that keep product experiences consistent and accessible. I focused on UX writing, the style guide, and taxonomy—defining voice and tone for the system, writing and maintaining copy standards and documentation, and shaping naming and structure so designers, engineers, and users could find what they need. The system supports web, mobile, and TV; documentation lives as the single source of truth so design and code stay aligned.

Let's make something cool together. I'm always open to chat and take on freelance work whenever available. No job is too small or too overwhelming (I am typically whelmed). For large projects and long-term opportunities, provide as much detail as you can when reaching out.
